Product Overview

● The XBD-L series vertical motor-driven fire pump unit (vertical single-stage pressure boosting pump unit) is a new generation of pipeline pump fire pump unit designed and developed by our company in accordance with the latest fire pump standards and mandatory certification requirements for fire protection products. Its performance and technical specifications comply with the relevant requirements of the national standards GB6245 "Fire Pumps" and GB50974 "Technical Specifications for Fire Water Supply and Fire Hydrant Systems".

● This series of products can be verified on the Fire Protection Product Information Network of the Ministry of Public Security (www.cccf.net.cn).

Product Features

● Direct-coupled and compact structure; the pump body adopts a streamlined design; the reinforcing ribs are arranged simply, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing appearance;

● The hydraulic model is optimized using CFD design, and through three-dimensional design theory, model optimization design, and pump dynamic characteristic analysis methods, the pump efficiency is maximized, and the high-efficiency operating range of the pump is widened. The molds for the flow-through parts are manufactured using CNC machining, and the castings use resin sand molding, ensuring the dimensional accuracy and surface finish of the parts;

● The main structural components are optimized using FEM design, verifying the rationality of the structural design and load-bearing requirements of the parts.

● High-efficiency three-phase asynchronous motors are selected, and the efficiency indicators meet the energy efficiency standards of GB18613 "Energy Efficiency Limits and Energy Efficiency Grades for Small and Medium-sized Three-Phase Asynchronous Motors"; the motor protection class is IP55, and the insulation class is F.
